Tui Ná

More than a simple massage, Tui Ná seeks to stimulate the body’s own healing. Just like acupuncture and herbal medicine, it is one of the oldest techniques of traditional Chinese medicine that we know of. Its benefits go far beyond relaxation and well-being.
